1. Ordering & Confirmation
Orders on The Ombre Nail Supply (ombrenails.shop) are built via our online product catalog and submitted directly via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
- An order is considered confirmed only after item availability is verified by our team and payment is received or COD is agreed upon for eligible pincodes.
- Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude shipping fees, which are calculated based on delivery location and package weight.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payment via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), direct bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pincodes in India.
3. Shipping & Pan-India Delivery
We ship products across all Indian states and Union Territories from our dispatch facility in Pune, Maharashtra.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours following order confirmation.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard Pan-India delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on location accessibility.
- Transit Care: All gel polishes, lamps, and delicate tools are cushioned in protective bubble wrap prior to dispatch.
4. Returns & Replacements
Due to hygiene and quality control standards for cosmetics and nail art supplies:
- Opened or used gel polishes, brushes, and nail embellishments cannot be returned.
- If an item arrives damaged during transit or incorrect items were received, please share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a free replacement.
5. Product Usage Disclaimer
Our gel polishes, UV lamps, and builder gel products are professional-grade nail art supplies. Customers are responsible for reading instructions and performing patch tests as appropriate.
